Paige’s food blog, Food Fitness by Paige, started in 2014, and today boasts about 2,000 recipes! As her recovery evolved, so did Paige’s recipes. What started out as protein powder desserts evolved into concoctions using plant-based sweeteners. Over the past few years, Paige came to the conclusion that abstinence from all sweeteners is the best policy.
