RFR Daily Connections
Our Vision

Our Mission
Built on Real Food Recovery’s Tree of Life and Branches of Recovery, RFR Daily Connections is a community that promotes the health, empowerment, and vitality of its members. What Happens During RFR Daily Connections?
This is a place and time for our members to connect, share and receive personalized feedback on all their recovery conundrums.
We provide individualized focus as members share their experience and guide them into reflection. By applying focus on their branches of recovery, each member uncovers what’s keeping them stuck. From there, we empower each member with simple action steps to move forward.

Attendance

We understand each member will have different priorities on different days, so we’ll help you assess your needs as you progress in your recovery.
Real Food Recovery Daily Connections is a food plan neutral and processed food-free meeting space!
Real Food Recovery also offers individual and group coaching for those needing a little more concentrated attention. Please feel free to reach out if you would like to set something up with Paige or Jamie!

Real Food Recovery is creating a community of growth-focused, action-oriented members. We want to partner with you to become your own guru and create the recovery and life you want to live.
Why Do RFR Members Need to Complete the Consideration Process?
The answer is simple. You deserve to recover and we have a moral obligation to make the most out of your membership, time and energy investments. Real Food Recovery is a “graduate”-level recovery program designed for members who want to put in the effort, day in, day out that gets results. Our members will be surrounded by others who share the same action-oriented work ethic and enjoy the same results.
What if I Don’t Meet the RFR Considerations for Membership?
Real Food Recovery might not be the best fit for everyone in recovery, and that’s okay! Because it’s our priority to give you a return on your membership investment, time, and energy, we encourage our prospective members to assess their commitment to the process of recovery.
After all, we know that each person runs at a different pace in recovery. This journey takes a lifetime (which is exactly the way it should be). That’s why it’s important to find a community that’s the right fit for you, where you are today.
The great news is that, as you mature in your recovery, you can be considered for membership in the RFR community twice a year. And, for those looking for a gentler pace for their recovery, we will meet with you to offer referrals to other groups.
