  3. Discussions about sexual topics are off-limits

  4. Politics are not discussed

  5. Refrain from eating on camera

  6. Avoid glamorizing specific foods or diet plans

  7. Attend as your schedule allows—stay for the full session or just a portion; we honor work-life balance and welcome you whenever you can join
